“⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed After Months of Use I used Luxury Extras for a few months and initially found the tools to be somewhat alright. However, things quickly changed when I tried to use their Pipi Ads feature — it was completely unavailable. I contacted support and was told it would be fixed later that day or the next. The following day, it was still broken, and again I was told I’d have to wait another day. In dropshipping, I don’t have time to sit around waiting for essential tools to maybe start working. Reliability is everything. Since I couldn’t afford delays, I switched to a different company. When I requested a refund for the unused time, they refused to provide one. Overall, the tools are inconsistent, the support responses are repetitive with no real resolution, and the refusal to refund after their service failed to function is extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend Luxury Extras to anyone who values efficiency or dependable tools for their business. ”
