“Experiencia insatisfactoria. El modelo de suscripción es semanal, pero los tiempos de respuesta no están alineados con ese costo. He enviado contenido para campañas y tras más de 72 horas no he recibido aprobación ni rechazo, ni tampoco respuesta del soporte técnico. Es difícil justificar el pago recurrente cuando el servicio y la gestión son tan lentos.”
