“I've taken 3 programs before for flipping and wholesaling, Flip Secrets, Wholesaling inc, Eric Cline. Out of all the programs that I've gone through this one breaks it down the best and made me the most CONSISTENT and SUSTAINABLE income First of all, I can still do it while having my main job because I don't have to cold call but have more efficient outreach methods as mass text campaigns. Leads are factored in the cost of the program and it didn't cost me a fortune to set the system up and then constantly have sellers reach out and get on the phone with only motivated ones Second, I've lost over $30k in assignments with houses because of deals falling through.
