“Within 2 days of purchasing I received alarming news that is forcing me to head back into work. I work onboard Navy vessels as a civilian contractor out at sea often. I put in a Refund request4 days after purchase after only viewing the toolkit. Even after explaining my situation and immediate change in circumstances they will not honor a refund? They said it’s action based ? Please remind me of the actions required and give me my money back… it’s a good product but horrible customer service ”
