“Certified Crytpo presents itself as a premium source of crypto trading insights, but my experience has revealed several concerning practises such as stark discrepancies between their copy trading profits and members "profits" including myself in which I was liquidated. They charge exorbitant fees for information that is sparse and lacks depth. Although they advertise tailored strategies for 1 on 1 meetings at extravagant prices , its a standard template given to all. In conclusion , Certified Crypto's practises raise several red flags for myself. The high fees, coupled with minimal information, ethical concerns regarding coin promotion and a heavily censored community, make this service questionable. I will exercise caution in future as should all and consider these points before committing to such an investment.”

“Heed this warning before signing up. I had been a part of this group since 2020 but it’s now a shadow of what it once was. Charging people the highest prices we’ve ever seen for the least amount of information/content we’ve ever received. Paying members asking genuine questions regarding projects brought to us by CC have been gaslighted and then kicked from the server. Mark and Dec have the worst customer service skills I’ve ever come across. Patronising members at every opportunity they get. Shilling members meme coins of which they had already received millions of tokens and then using their paying members as exit liquidity. 2 copy trading endeavours which has seen a majority of members that invested liquidated. The only ones that profited largely were in fact CC who gained 10% commission on unrealised gains and anyone that rightly questioned this was swiftly kicked. Furthermore, they have other products for sale such as in person 1-2-1 consultations and over the phone consultations. In person 1-2-1 consultations are advertised as personalised to each individual and their portfolio. This is another lie as upon talking with several members we have discovered that these are actually not personalised but instead every single person who has paid a scandalous £2-3k for one has been advised to use the same exit strategy. Even though, when you ask in the chatroom what other peoples profit targets are, you’re told not to ask anybody else as it’s different for each individual. How can the same exit strategy be used for different individuals who’ve invested different figures and who want different results? These charlatans are only looking out for themselves. They could not care less about their paying members. ”

When I spoke to customer service at Swissborg they confirmed to me that I had been lied to by CC regarding seed round prices and fees paid for entrys to some projects. I have been in Crypto for 2 years and getting involved with CC has been the worst mistake so far. There are safer better groups to join.”

Attempting to seek updates on projects or ask relevant questions in their Discord channels leads to either being ignored or attacked by “staff”. The person responsible for managing the channels, Mark, lacks any semblance of customer service skills. He condescends and belittles individuals, falsely believing himself to be smarter than he actually is. In a recent incident, they coerced members into copy trading, resulting in substantial losses for all involved. Surprisingly, the company, "CC Pro," conveniently takes a 10% commission on unrealized gains, ensuring they are the only ones profiting. When members questioned this unethical practice, they were swiftly kicked out of the chatroom, stifling any dissent. I strongly advise staying away from this company. There are numerous better-discord communities offering superior information and guidance. Additionally, they offer "121 consultations" which they falsely claim are not financial advice, but in reality, they are solely focused on financial advice. Countless individuals have suffered financial losses due to their involvement with shady projects, all for the company's own benefit. As if their practices weren't questionable enough, they have recently raised their prices for "121 consultations and phone calls." Even their previous prices were scandalous, with a 45 minute phone call costing £2,000 and a one-hour in-person consultation priced at £3,000 with zero financial knowledge. It is important to note that these consultations are scripted, offering the same advice to every member, further highlighting their lack of genuine concern for their clients' well-being. Save your money and steer clear of this company. There are far better options available that provide honest and reliable services.”
