If no one has anymore questions during the session, he takes the initiative to talk about different topics to give as much value as possible from each call. Harrison is very transparent, sometime going as far as sharing details about his own property numbers to clearly explain concepts like Section 8 investing or the BRRR method. The only "downside" I see in this group is that there are many silent members. If some of them shared their insights and knowledge, it could add a lot of value to the group.”
