“The trade alerts work well in live, but occasionally I have trouble with my audio and can't resolved the issue during the live. I understand everyone is busy trading at the same time, so replies can be delayed. To help everyone, I suggested playing music for 10 minutes before the live starts so everyone on live can check their sound and raise tickets early for help and restart live. Bhaji is very patient and knowledgeable — I appreciate that — but in those moments I sometimes feel a bit unsupported. If an audio issue isn’t resolved the same day, there doesn’t seem to be a substitute or an option to listen elsewhere; offering a way to switch to a website live stream or another accessible format would help a lot at same time. Also, Bhaji focuses on a specific stocks and options for day trading. Overall, my trading experience has been positive with good profit. ”
